Vivmark Residential in Long Island City, NY seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve the safety and comfort of our apartment communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems while ensuring work orders are completed on time.

The role includes mentoring junior technicians, performing preventative maintenance, and upholding the company’s safety standards. A valid driver’s license and on-call rotation are required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• HVAC certifications (CFC) required or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders; complete repairs promptly.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Train and mentor Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Identify safety risks and uphold Vivmark safety policies.
