Olympus Property is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to join our service team. You will ensure repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment homes meet high standards, collaborating with office staff and other technicians.

The role emphasizes HVAC knowledge, basic plumbing/electrical skills, and the ability to handle on-call maintenance. Candidates should be reliable, communicative with residents, vendors, and team members, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems; EPA/HVAC license preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Diagnose and service HVAC units; replace filters and clean coils.
• Repair or replace kitchen appliances and fixtures.
• Conduct minor to moderate plumbing repairs and installations.
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches.
• Lock changes and door hardware replacement.
• Operate hand and power tools; maintain shop and inventory.
• Track service requests in the property software.
