Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) in San Antonio to oversee daily maintenance operations across the community. You will lead the maintenance team, manage turn-key work, and coordinate with contractors while ensuring safety and compliance.

Required at least 3 years of residential/commercial maintenance or supervisory experience, and EPA/HVAC certification. On-call availability is expected, with full-time hours Monday–Friday and potential bonuses

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment Maintenance and/or apartment Maintenance Supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certified.
• On-call

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Regularly inspect property to confirm maintenance and repairs are completed.
• Order, purchase, and manage inventories of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly workloads for maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers and contractors; track service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and turnkey operations as needed.
• Ensure storage and shop areas are neat, stocked, and organized.
• Coordinate repairs of structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
