Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties across the portfolio. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-call emergency service, contributing to safe, well‑maintained communities for residents.

The role requires strong electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance skills, with leadership abilities to guide a small maintenance team and coordinate with property staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across residential properties.
• Ability to perform electrical and basic mechanical repairs.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in maintaining the office and property areas, including painting and housekeeping.
• Ensure hands-on maintenance of the property, including inspections and repairs.
• Lead a small maintenance team; delegate and supervise tasks.
• Install and repair electrical systems and components of equipment.
• Record preventative maintenance findings in logs.
• Attend on-call emergency service as required.
• Maintain grounds and keep areas free of trash and debris.
• Monitor mechanical equipment such as water heaters and HVAC units.
