Job summary

Cambio Property Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, routine and preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of homes, streets, facilities, and equipment within the community.

This hands-on role supports landscaping, groundskeeping, curb appeal, and seasonal snow plowing to keep the community safe and inviting year-round; the position requires strong customer service, teamwork, and a commitment to EPIC values.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on homes, streets, facilities, and equipment.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Repair plumbing and electrical systems and replace worn parts.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with landscaping and snow removal.
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional evening/weekend hours.
• Work with the Community Manager to supervise onsite contracted work.
