Job summary

University Behavioral Health of Denton, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform diverse trades including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, with preventive maintenance and safety responsibilities. You will oversee safety rounds, track work orders in WORXHUB, and serve as point of contact when the Director is unavailable.

This role requires 3–5 years of related maintenance experience, strong documentation, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• High school graduate; GED accepted.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to perform on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintenance of the property.
• Documentation (work orders, weekly/monthly rounding reports, PMs).
• Cleaning and review of outside environment of facility.
