Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Maintenance Technician II to lead a range of general maintenance tasks across multiple sites, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, painting, and drywall repair.

The role requires driving a company van between sites and safely coordinating work orders and priorities. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of related maintenance experience, with strong safety practices and bilingual communication preferred

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Experience handling hazardous materials and following safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform general maintenance tasks across sites (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, painting, drywall).
• Operate company van to multiple sites and prioritize tasks.
• Provide direction, assign tasks, coordinate projects, and monitor staff performance.
