Summary

We are seeking aa Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance department and ensure the efficient operation of all facility systems. This full-time position requires a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and safety inspections.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance-related issues.
  • Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.

Requirements
