Broad Reach Healthcare is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician / Team Lead to support our healthcare facilities and employee housing. The role requires strong HVAC and general building maintenance skills and hands-on supervision of the maintenance staff.

You will triage work orders, prioritize urgent issues, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, with compliance to healthcare regulations.

Qualifikationen

• HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• Strong general maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Supervisory or maintenance leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing maintenance needs.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, assisted living, or property maintenance experience a plus.
• NFPA/regulatory knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Triage and prioritize work orders based on urgency and operational needs.
• Respond to routine and emergency maintenance issues.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and direction of maintenance staff.
• Perform preventative maintenance and facility/equipment inspections.
• Support maintenance and repairs for employee housing.
• Coordinate repairs with contractors and vendors.
• Maintain supplies, inventory, and accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure work orders are tracked through completion.
• Support compliance with health, safety, fire/life-safety, NFPA, and healthcare regulations.
