Texas Health Denton seeks a dedicated Maintenance Specialist II to perform routine and specialized building repairs for hospital facilities and equipment. You will work on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and support control systems using the CMMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Specialized training in mechanic trades preferred.
• 3 years in commercial or industrial environment with electrician/plumber/industrial maintenance mechanic certification required, or 7 years without certification.
• 1 year healthcare environment preferred.
• HVAC and/or electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance for hospital facilities and equipment using the computerized maintenance management system.
• Identify and correct problems in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
• Participate in hospital safety programs, complete required trainings on time and attend staff meetings.
