Job summary

Universal Health Services seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled work maintaining Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital's buildings, systems and plant equipment. You will conduct proactive maintenance, testing and documentation while coordinating with staff across departments.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HVAC, repair, maintenance, plumbing, electrical and construction, with at least 2 years in facility maintenance; a high school diploma is required, 21+ and able to pass background

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree from a college or technical/trade school preferred.
1–3 years of experience in HVAC, automotive repair, maintenance, plumbing, electrical & construction preferred.
2 years of experience in facility maintenance preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Maintain facility buildings, properties, systems, and plant equipment.
Perform proactive maintenance, safety checks, and operational testing with documentation.
Interact with personnel across departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
