Qualifikationen

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by state law.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively with residents and team members.

Aufgaben

• Respond to work orders from residents and perform maintenance and repairs.
• Manage the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, amenities, and building exteriors to Greystar standards.
• Review and follow safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Inspect contractors' work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools; assist in budgeting for repairs.
