Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the interior and exterior upkeep of our properties, lead a maintenance team, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and high standards of operation. You will manage work orders, supervise staff, and collaborate with the Community Manager on budgets and preventative maintenance.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in apartment maintenance, OSHA/MSDS familiarity, and experience with Entrata Yardi or One Site.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge helpful.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years; ability to hire, lead, evaluate, and manage subordinates.
• Experience: 2–3 years in apartment maintenance or equivalent preferred.
• Advanced skills: strong communication and delivery skills.
• Computer skills: proficient with internet, word processing, spreadsheet; familiarity with property management software (Entrata Yardi, One Site).

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team; interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Oversee work orders from resident requests; diagnose, repair, and perform routine upkeep.
• Inspect work for quality; manage vendors and inventory; assist with budget for maintenance/capital expenses.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and good appearance of property; lead safety meetings and enforce standards.
