Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across our properties. You will supervise, train, and evaluate staff, oversee Make Ready and preventative maintenance programs, and ensure safety, quality, and cost controls are maintained in daily operations.

You will diagnose and resolve resident issues, coordinate with vendors, and uphold company standards for cleanliness and appearance while staying within budget and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED. OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years leading maintenance teams and evaluating staff.
• Technical proficiency: computer skills for reporting; familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team; conduct evaluations.
• Hire, orient and train new hires.
• Oversee Make Ready process from start to finish per policy.
• Diagnose and repair resident service requests and routine upkeep.
• Inspect work for safety, quality, and policy compliance.
• Manage inventory; coordinate with Community Manager on supplies and budget.
