Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA standards knowledge preferred.
• Technical degree is preferred.
• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and conduct employee evaluations.
• Handle work orders and resident service requests; diagnose issues and repair.
• Inspect work and ensure quality; manage vendors and maintain inventory.
• Assist in budget development for maintenance and capital expenses.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
