Job summary

SCN BestCo in Mooresville, NC, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planning Supervisor to lead a world-class team responsible for maintenance planning, scheduling, MRO management, and CMMS deployment. You will partner with maintenance leadership, engineers and production, ensuring asset availability and adherence to safety and quality standards.

This role emphasizes developing robust preventive maintenance programs, lifecycle management, and data-driven scorecards to drive reliability and cost

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or related fields.
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, purchasing, MRO management, contractor management, and/or CMMS development.
• 5 years’ experience developing preventative maintenance programs.
• 5 years of SAP or related process knowledge with CMMS data integration.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain best-practice procedures for maintenance planning, sourcing, and scheduling, and MRO/contractor management.
• Lead CMMS integration projects, improving asset hierarchy and reporting.
• Ensure parts availability, oversee work orders, and coordinate labor for maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and leadership to align PM with OEM guidance and regulatory requirements.
• Track PM findings and maintain PM/cycle-time scorecards.
• Develop and manage MRO processes and inventory controls.
• Oversee contractor compliance with HSE, quality, and finance procedures.
