Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Lead/Supervisor for Tiller Terrace in Portland, OR. The role oversees maintenance staff, coordinates repairs, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years’ multifamily property maintenance experience and strong organizational skills. The position offers a 40-hour work week (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm) with a comprehensive benefits package and on-call duties for emergencies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years’ working experience as a Property Maintenance Manager or similar.
• Basic knowledge of building trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to work on-call for emergencies after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Manage schedules and workloads of maintenance staff.
• Maintain property in compliance with local, state and federal laws (fire, OSHA, etc.).
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests; complete work orders and turnovers timely.
