Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across the community, oversee staff and vendors, and ensure safety compliance while delivering top-notch resident service. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, on-site supervision, and efficient management of resources to uphold property standards.

Successful candidates will have EPA & CPO certification (HVAC a plus), a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills to manage work orders and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life and minimize future repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors under Community Manager guidance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
