Job summary

Arbor Property Management, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Maintenance to lead the community's maintenance operation, protect assets, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

The role reports to the Property Manager and manages daily activities, priorities, and vendor coordination to maintain a safe, market-ready property. The ideal candidate has at least three years of multi-family maintenance experience, EPA Type II, and a valid driver's license, with leadership and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA Type II Certification required.
• CPO Certification preferred or the ability to obtain.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily maintenance operation and establish work priorities based on resident needs, property conditions, and business objectives.
• Coach, train, mentor, and develop maintenance team members while setting expectations for professionalism, quality, safety, and customer service.
• Monitor completed work for quality and provide constructive feedback.
• Partner with the Property Manager on staffing, scheduling, workload distribution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to Arbor standards.
