Job summary

Preiss Brand manages multifamily communities and is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily facility operations at a Texas property. You will manage the maintenance staff, coordinate with the Property Manager, and ensure timely completion of service requests while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC certifications, and strong customer service. You will schedule work, supervise vendors, uphold safety compliance, and support leasing

Qualifications

• Prior multifamily or student housing maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math.
• HVAC EPA I & II certifications; CPO preferred.
• High school education required; safety awareness and basic maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and vendors in preparing vacant units within budget.
• Prioritize and assign service requests; monitor daily completion and follow up as needed.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Assist Property Manager and residents with maintenance needs and excellent customer service.
