DASMEN Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the community maintenance team and oversee hands-on repair and ongoing upkeep of market-ready apartments and surrounding areas in Montgomery, AL.

The role involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, coordinating staff, and ensuring safe work practices while adhering to Fair Housing standards. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Supervisory experience preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments with painting, carpet cleaning, repairs and housekeeping.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records findings in maintenance log.
• Completes regular community inspections.
• Responds to resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Provides on-call emergency service as required.
• Maintains grounds and communal areas, keeping them clean and safe.
• Monitors mechanical equipment including water heaters and HVAC units.
