Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community. The role focuses on building strong teams, managing service requests, and ensuring safety and quality standards across all trades.

The position requires leadership, hands-on maintenance expertise in electrical, plumbing and HVAC, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Strong communication with management, vendors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, installations, repairs, and turns.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff; enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly within the team and motivate members to meet goals.
• Participate in department and regional meetings and lead safety and department briefings.
