JVM Realty Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at luxury multifamily communities.

You will supervise and train staff, oversee apartment turns, and drive preventative maintenance programs to uphold high standards across our properties. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Property Manager on budgets and capital projects, ensuring safety compliance, and guiding a team through HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.

Formación

• 2-3+ years of Residential/Multifamily maintenance experience with 1-2 years in supervision.
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA and safety regulations.
• HVAC/EPA certification strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising and training maintenance staff, delegating work orders and ensuring quality standards.
• Performing and overseeing apartment turns, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues.
• Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
• Ensuring safety compliance, OSHA standards and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.
• Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours emergencies.
• Partnering with the Property Manager to manage budgets, capital projects and long-term planning.
