Job summary

Lifestyle Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the facilities and maintenance operations at one of our luxury apartment communities. You will supervise a team of technicians and groundskeepers, prioritize work orders, and ensure safe, high-quality upkeep of the property.

You will develop preventative maintenance programs, manage vendor relationships, and assist with capital projects while supporting resident events and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• HVAC Certification, EPA 608, OSHA 10 certifications.
• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.
• Experience managing a maintenance team in an urban multi-family property.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance technicians and groundskeepers; prioritizes work orders and maintains supplies.
• Handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis; assists with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
• Develops team members in maintenance skills (appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Creates and executes preventative maintenance programming.
• Manages vendor relationships and supports capital projects.
• Supports hosting resident events and maintains customer satisfaction scores.
