Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience with multi-family properties
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role (multi-family preferred)
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations
• Reliable, customer-service oriented with strong problem-solving skills
