JVM Realty Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at luxury multifamily communities.

You will supervise and train staff, oversee apartment turns, and drive preventative maintenance programs to uphold high standards across our properties. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Property Manager on budgets and capital projects, ensuring safety compliance, and guiding a team through HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.

Formación

• 2-3+ years of Residential/Multifamily maintenance experience with 1-2 years in supervision.
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA and safety regulations.
• HVAC/EPA certification strongly preferred.

Job Description

What We're Looking For:

2-3+ years of Residential/Multifamily maintenance experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role (luxury/Class A experience preferred). Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations. HVAC/EPA certification strongly preferred.

ADA Physical Requirements of the Position:

Snow removal to include shoveling and snow blowing walk ways and stairs in the community Must be able to perform job functions outdoors, in all weather conditions, approximately 25% of the time Must be able to lift up to 80lbs, approximately10% of the time Must be able to climb stairs approximately 10% of the time Must be able to walk the Community grounds, approximately 15% of the time Must be able to climb a ladder approximately 5% of the time Must be able to sit at computer or desk approximately 20% of the time Company Description
