Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and support a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong leadership, troubleshooting ability, and experience with regulated industrial settings, including ammonia refrigeration and PSM-related programs.

Qualifications

Previous maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing settings.
Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems.
Strong knowledge of PSM compliance requirements.
Proven troubleshooting ability on industrial equipment and plant systems.
Experience coordinating maintenance scheduling and work orders.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in daily plant operations.
Manage preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives.
Coordinate labor scheduling andWeekly payroll approvals.
Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to failures with urgency.
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee outside vendors, contractors, and OEM relationships.
Participate in capital projects and facility improvement initiatives.
Ensure OSHA safety and regulatory compliance, including PSM-related programs.
