Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Superintendent to lead plant maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will supervise technicians, drive PM programs, manage spares, and coordinate with operations and quality teams to improve plant performance.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, troubleshooting skills, and experience with ammonia refrigeration and PSM compliance, while delivering safety and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of PSM (Process Safety Management) requirements.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Strong troubleshooting of industrial equipment and plant systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures with urgency.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee ammonia refrigeration maintenance activities and contractor coordination.
