Electrical Automation Services in Stockton, CA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead plant maintenance, improve equipment reliability, and support a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will supervise technicians, drive PM effectiveness, manage spare parts, coordinate maintenance documentation, and collaborate with operations for plant performance; experience with ammonia refrigeration and PSM is required.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration and PSM compliance is required.
• Proven track record of improving preventive maintenance programs and maintenance documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate labor scheduling, technician assignments, and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures with urgency.
• Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related equipment issues.
• Improve PM effectiveness, spare parts organization, and maintenance documentation.
• Work closely with operations and quality teams to improve overall plant performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage outside vendors, contractors, and OEM relationships.
• Participate in capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvement initiatives.
