Electrical Automation Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Stockton, CA.

The successful candidate will supervise maintenance technicians, manage preventative maintenance programs, coordinate labor, respond quickly to failures, and partner with operations and quality to improve plant performance while ensuring OSHA and PSM compliance, including ammonia

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and work orders.
• Ability to drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of OSHA/safety requirements and PSM is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures with urgency.
• Overssee ammonia refrigeration maintenance activities and contractor coordination.
• Develop and mentor maintenance personnel and drive accountability.
