Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance operations at our Stockton facility. This role emphasizes improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving accountability while staying closely engaged with plant operations.

The ideal candidate will bring leadership, strong troubleshooting, and experience in regulated industrial manufacturing environments, including ammonia refrigeration oversight and PSM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting background with industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance and shutdown planning.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, PSM).
• Experience coordinating with operations, quality, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and work orders to improve reliability.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues.
• Improve PM effectiveness, spare parts organization, and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and quality to boost plant performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage outside vendors, contractors, and OEM relationships.
• Participate in capital projects and facility improvement efforts.
• Ensure OSHA safety and regulatory compliance; support PSM programs.
• Oversee ammonia refrigeration maintenance activities and contractor coordination.
• Develop and mentor maintenance personnel to build accountability.
