Electrical Automation Services in Stockton, CA, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and support a fast-paced production environment.

You will supervise technicians, drive preventive maintenance, coordinate labor and payroll approvals, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems while leading safety and regulatory compliance, including PSM and ammonia refrigeration.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, food production, chemical, or industrial processing environments.
• Experience working around ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Strong troubleshooting background in industrial equipment and plant systems.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and maintenance planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily operations.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and work orders.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and weekly payroll approvals.
• Minimize downtime and respond quickly to equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Ensure OSHA safety, PSM compliance, and ammonia refrigeration maintenance.
