Qualifications
- Leadership experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting in industrial equipment.
- Experience with PM programs and work orders.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs and reliability initiatives.
- Coordinate labor scheduling and weekly payroll approvals.
- Support production to minimize downtime and respond to failures.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues.
- Drive RCA and continuous improvement.
- Oversee vendors, contractors, and OEMs.
- Participate in capital projects and facility upgrades.
- Ensure OSHA, safety and PSM compliance.
- Develop and mentor maintenance personnel.
