Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the full maintenance workflow for our properties. The role requires diagnosing issues and performing service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

You will lead the service staff, ensure timely work orders, and manage materials and tools while adhering to company policies. Travel up to 10% at times may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 HVAC certification is required for refrigerant handling.
• HVAC certification or equivalent credentials are required or must be obtained within 60 days.
• Preferred OSHA 10/30 certification and plumbing or electrical licenses when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service staff workflow and delegate workload.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and pool equipment.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, including difficult situations.
• Perform service requests promptly and accurately.
