Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Dallas, TX seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance workflow for our properties, diagnose issues, and order parts while supervising a service team. HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry expertise are essential.

You will ensure timely completion of work orders, maintain safety standards, control costs, and uphold Bedrock's commitment to resident and owner satisfaction. This role requires flexibility and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification for HVAC handling refrigerants.
• HVAC or related certification to validate technical skills.
• Experience in property maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff workflow and delegate tasks.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Execute service orders promptly and as required.
