Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance operations across our plant facilities. You will oversee a team, assign work, and drive preventative maintenance, safety, and process improvements to ensure reliable production and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5–7 years of supervisory maintenance experience, knowledge of GMPs/HACCP, and strong leadership and communication skills. On-site work with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of supervisory maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance, equipment and facilities repair, and maintenance operations.
• Familiarity with safety standards (GMPs, HACCP) and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and facilities work to keep production running.
• Supervise, mentor, train, and motivate the maintenance team; manage performance.
• Ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee lubrication, calibration, refrigeration, and wastewater operations; optimize resources.
• Support PSM programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
