Job summary

Farmer Focus is hiring a Maintenance Superintendent to lead the maintenance team across plant operations. You will drive preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and collaborate with production teams to maximize uptime in a poultry processing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of progressive maintenance supervision in manufacturing.
• Experience in food or protein industry preferred.
• Knowledge of food processing systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance program for machinery.
• Prioritize work orders and schedule repairs to minimize downtime.
• Supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficiency and accountability.
• Manage department budget and pursue cost-saving opportunities.
• Establish SOPs to regulate maintenance within the plant.
• Mentor and cross-train employees; support safety initiatives.
