Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead at a food production facility in Quincy, FL to oversee daily maintenance, maximize uptime, ensure safety, and uphold product quality.

You will lead a small maintenance team, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, manage work orders, coordinate with operations, and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Hands-on maintenance leadership experience in an industrial/food environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and direct team activities.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulatory compliance.

Oversee daily maintenance operations at a food production site to maximize uptime, safety, and product quality. Lead preventative and corrective maintenance across processing, packaging, refrigeration, and building systems.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to restore equipment quickly and safely
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work orders
• Manage external vendors and service support as needed
• Lead and coach a small maintenance team in day-to-day activities
• Collaborate with operations and production to maintain continuous, compliant production
