Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Lead Maintenance professional to ensure safe, efficient operation of our production and packaging lines. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install essential machinery while safeguarding product quality and production flow.

You will lead a maintenance team, perform routine inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, GMP and related standards. This role requires coordinating with other departments to minimize production disruption.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Associates degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with food manufacturing equipment including PLCs and conveyors is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance team activities.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install production and packaging line equipment.
