Job summary
Related Affordable is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Norwalk, OH to lead on-site maintenance for a vibrant community. You will manage work orders, supervise staff, and ensure safety, high quality repairs, and attractive grounds.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in completing work orders by diagnosing issues and performing repairs.
- Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments, inspections, task lists, scheduling.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards across grounds and common spaces.
- Inspect the building daily and address safety issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and after-hours emergency repairs.
- Make budget recommendations to Community Manager.
- Order and maintain building materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with contractors to obtain bids for repairs and replacements.
- Ensure upkeep of common areas and grounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
