Cleveland-Cliffs Butler Works in Butler, PA, seeks a Shift Manager for the Steelmaking Maintenance Department. You will oversee safety and environmental compliance while coordinating equipment maintenance to meet production needs.

The role requires leadership of hourly union staff, strong troubleshooting across mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and a commitment to reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in heavy manufacturing maintenance including mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for problem-solving.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and provide work direction for Steelmaking Maintenance hourly union employees; plan, manage, and review work performance.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance to meet production goals and safety standards.
• Implement safety goals and ensure a safe work environment.
• Coordinate planned outages and contractor work in the department.
• Analyze equipment needs, develop reliability programs, and manage troubleshooting and repairs.
