Cleveland-Cliffs Rockport Works is seeking a Shift Manager Maintenance to lead daily maintenance and production activities. You will supervise hourly crews, optimize resource use, and ensure reliability of mechanical equipment through preventative maintenance and prompt breakdown response.

The role emphasizes safety, environmental and quality standards, with opportunities for professional development. Bachelor’s degree preferred; steel industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong safety, environmental and quality compliance mindset.
• Steel manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedules routine maintenance and production activities.
• Supervises hourly crews and ensures daily objectives.
• Coordinates maintenance and production with other departments.
• Directs maintenance personnel during breakdowns and preventative work.
• Leads training and performance reviews for the crew.
