Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Ability to work in a demanding industrial environment and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Maintenance Technician Electrical (MTEs) for safe, reliable operations.
• Direct day-to-day electrical maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Develop employee capabilities and ensure tool training and resources.
• Manage maintenance budgets and resources using project management principles.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and others to improve reliability and performance.
• Conduct safety, quality, and environmental audits; promote a safety culture.
