Job summary

DBC Real Estate Management, LLC seeks a Lead Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance activities within our property. You will supervise on-site staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure apartment units and facilities meet standards for the community.

The role requires HVAC experience, basic plumbing and electrical skills, and a valid driver's license. You will develop preventive maintenance schedules and work with vendors to keep the property in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC experience required.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site maintenance staff, including training and coaching.
• Organize and prioritize maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Oversee contracted work and inspect quality and safety of completed tasks.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and task assignments.
• Coordinate vendor services to ensure timely, quality repairs.
• Prepare vacant units for rental and support landscape/renovation projects.
• Maintain property appearance and safety; respond to resident requests as needed.
