The Tipton Group is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance at our apartment community. You will troubleshoot, perform repairs, and ensure safety and functionality for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with strong problem-solving skills. You will maintain grounds and coordinate with the Community Manager to meet property needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Must provide and use your own basic tools.

Responsabilidades

• Complete and assist with resident service requests and maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
• Help ensure apartments are properly maintained and ready for residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Assist with grounds upkeep, including trash pickup and light landscaping.
• Identify maintenance concerns and help ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with residents, visitors, vendors, and team members.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team to support property needs.
