Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Seattle to lead maintenance operations, oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, and manage make-ready and turnover processes. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and on-site leadership within a dynamic residential property team.

You will supervise a skilled team, ensure timely maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and uphold Bozzuto's standards of service and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities/residential building maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and a track record of leading teams.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS.
• Advanced HVAC, electrical and plumbing repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, lead and develop the team.
• Schedule and manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs.
• Direct make-ready and apartment turnover with attention to detail.
• Ensure safety and compliance with codes, standards, and on-call coverage.
• Build vendor relationships and manage cost-effective projects within budget.
