Bozzuto in Tampa is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our property maintenance team and ensure exceptional resident services. You will supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, drive preventative maintenance, and oversee make-ready turnover to keep units leased.

With 7+ years in facilities or residential maintenance and 3+ years of supervisory leadership, you will hire, develop and retain strong teams, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate on-call

Qualificações

• 7+ years of facilities or residential maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory leadership with hiring/retention history.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NATE/NAPE certification.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS.
• Advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills.
• Basic carpentry, drywall and painting skills.
• Experience with central plant, split systems, boilers and chillers.
• Strong communication and professional appearance.
• Proficient with MS Office and tech platforms.
• Availability for emergency on-call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, develop and provide on-the-job and classroom education opportunities to techs and associates.
• Follow up with residents and complete apartment service tickets.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Manage make-ready and turnover to lease apartments quickly.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety codes compliance and accident-free operation.
• Lead capital improvements and special projects within budget.
• Establish and manage vendor relationships and projects.
• Coordinate 24/7 emergency coverage and staffing.
