Job summary

Bozzuto is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams and ensure resident satisfaction across our properties. You will supervise technicians, manage on-site staffing, and oversee preventative maintenance programs while coordinating with vendors on capital projects.

The role demands hands-on expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair, plus strong communication skills and a builder’s mindset. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification required.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS.
• Experience repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and model Bozzuto culture and core values.
• Hire, develop and onboard technicians and associates.
• Address resident service tickets with timely follow-up.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Manage make-ready and turnover to enable leasing of apartments.
• Implement preventative maintenance to preserve building value.
• Maintain grounds, snow removal and safety standards.
• Oversee capital projects within budget; manage vendors.
• Coordinate 24/7 emergency coverage and staffing.
