Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our residential properties. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair, manage make-ready turnovers, and drive preventative maintenance programs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include developing teams, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating 24/7 emergency coverage. A strong safety mindset and hands-on leadership are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• 7+ years of facilities/building maintenance experience.
• 3+ years in a supervision role with hiring and staff development.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification.
• Knowledge of risk, OSHA and MSDS guidelines.
• Advanced skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Basic carpentry, drywall and painting abilities.
• Exposure to central plant, boilers, chillers and complex systems.
• Safety-minded with strong attention to detail and a builder’s mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional appearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and modern tech platforms.
