Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee the property’s ongoing maintenance under the Community Manager, perform repairs in resident apartments, and assist in preparing units for rent (make-ready).

You will supervise subcontractors, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks, maintain pools and safety, and ensure timely completion of work orders while keeping detailed records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' full-time apartment maintenance experience.
• English communication skills required; Spanish a plus
• EPA refrigerant certification required

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks.
• Replace filters, maintain sprinklers, and repair appliances.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Prepare units for rent (make-ready) and assist inspections.
